What to look for in a Training Venue

If you’re running corporate training events, you may be wondering what to look for in a training venue.

First of all, you need somewhere convenient, that your delegates will easily be able to reach. That means within easy reach of main roads, and ideally not far from your office.  Then you need somewhere that will be flexible in its requirements, and work around what you want. It needs to have different sized rooms, preferably with natural light, and plenty of potential for break-out rooms. You need decent computer facilities and wi-fi for projectors.  And finally, you need good catering. Poorly-fed delegates will not only complain, but won’t be able to concentrate!

Monks Yard, near Ilminster in Somerset, ticks all these boxes. Located near the A303, and within easy reach of Yeovil and Taunton, it’s ideal for anyone in the South West or South of England. There are plenty of spacious rooms, all lit with natural light, which can be arranged in whatever way you want. They have wireless internet and digital projector capability. And the catering and customer service are both excellent, with your needs placed at the heart of the service.
