The Monks Yard is a family run business – with the farm itself having been in our family for three generations now.
 | Andrew Osborne Partner Andrew is the man behind the vision of Monks Yard. He was responsible for running the old dairy farm, taking it over from his father. Now spending his time helping conference delegates with technical issues and helping run the arable side of the business. |
 | Marilyn Osborne Partner Also involved in the running of the old dairy farm alongside Andrew, today Marilyn will be found in the office with lots of paperwork! |
 | Rebecca Holling Senior Manager The daughter of Andrew and Marilyn, Becky looks after the accounts and helps ensure the cafe and conferencing runs smoothly day to day. |
 | Dean Holling Senior Manager Having overseen the extensive restoration of The Monks Yard, Dean's engineering and management skills ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Now looking after the public face of the business and marketing. |
 | Nikki Millward Events Coordinator Nikki heads up event planning here at Monks Yard. She will more than likely be one of the people you will speak to if you ring up. Nikki works three days a week: Wednesday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm |
 | Gina White Bookings & Events Coordinator Gina handles bookings, as well as helping Nikki with our special events. Gina works Monday to Tuesday 9.00am till 4.00pm. |
 | Lisa Osborne Cafe Supervisor Lisa is Andrew & Marilyns daughter. She works full time as our Cafe Supervisor. She also helps run our evening/special events. |
 | Gaynor White Cake Maker Extraordinaire Gaynor is our cake maker extraodinaire, responsible for all the mouthwatering cakes, scones and many of our hot specials. |
 | Ryan Doeller Cafe Assistant Ryan work in the cafe and also helps out with special events. He also runs a very popular youth event each Thursday night. |
 | Inga Garalyte Cafe Assistant Inga is the latest member of our Cafe team. She also helps out during our evening events. |
 | Chris Pryer Cafe Assistant Chris works in the cafe and also helps out during our special events. |
 | Jane Marsh Cafe Assistant Jane works part time in the Cafe on Monday and Wednesday, she also helps out during busy periods. |
 | Ethan Ives Cafe Work Experience Assistant Ethan is on a long term work experience in MY Eating Place and aspires to be a chef when he leaves school. |
 | John & Yvonne Volunteers John and Yvonne Channon are local volunteers who are often seen helping with car parking or tending to the gardens. Thanks for your valued help guys! |
 | Tigger CEO Tigger is our longest serving member having started about 18 years ago with the Dairy farm and latterly with Monks Yard. He ensures that the day to day running of the business is to his liking and is often to be seen observing conference delegates or enjoying a lap or two outside the cafe! |
